After waiting we were offered to come back and get all her shots updated when her yearly check up was due. If that had been approached when I called for the appt. it would have been more helpful than while I was at the appt. that I was waiting at. Love this vet just think they had a long hectic day. |

We were seen promptly,vital ... June 25, 2017 We were seen promptly,vital signs taken, problem evaluated and treatment given. Then the bigger problem was addressed and I was told in full detail what choises I had to treat it. I was not rushed into any decision right a way, I could go home and make my decision. As always they gave loving care to our four legged family member. Mister Java always feels comfortable going to the Vet at Silver Maple and treated like a Royal customer each time. He s already feeling better. Thank you. |

The staff were very friendly, ... June 12, 2017 The staff were very friendly, but I felt at times they were coddling my dog a bit too much. I also felt that because of the waiting room set up, it was difficult to walk in without other dogs immediately coming to our space, which makes both myself and my dog uncomfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with our visit and I am glad that Silver Maple made me feel like a valuable client and took time with me. This is very much an improvement from our prior veterinarian who made us feel like we were wasting her time. |
