However, I don t feel I receive enough explanation or reasoning about the medicine I receive. I love that we aren t rushed out of the office, but the check out process has been long, waiting for the file to be given to the front desk. |

Usually the biggest complaint pet owners have regarding veterinary care is the cost. It s difficult managing the balance of quality care and cost. Lower costs would translate to more care for our pets. With that being said, the care Kittles and Penelope get is superb. |
