Typically, I have had positive ... March 12, 2018 Typically, I have had positive experiences at Silver Maple with all of my pets. However, at my most recent visit I was disappointed the doctor did not do the least invasive/expensive tests first to try to determine what was wrong with my dog. My bill was over $400.00 and my dog was diagnosed with a UTI. I feel as though I was charged for unnecessary tests. As far as the friendliness of the staff, the office staff are always friendly and helpful. The doctor and vet tech on the day of my visit were not as friendly. |

My dog was neutered. Ididn t ... January 31, 2018 My dog was neutered. Ididn t expect the complications. Despite our efforts,even with the collar which he managed to get off a few times, he still is not fully healed. HE was given antibiotic on a return visit to clear up a staph skin infection on his scrotum. I would like to comment that he had a lot of razor burn which i think made the whole matter worse , and probably is one thing that could have been avoided. |

Personally, I feel that the ... January 15, 2018 Personally, I feel that the cost of a nail trim has drastically increased in price. I will no longer have my pets nails trimmed at your office. Sorry, I will continue to bring my pets for vet services, but not for nail trims. |
