I had a litter of kittens that needed to be checked because they were dumped and a few needed medical attention. I worked at anther vet for thirteen 13 & haves higher standards regarding customer service and I was pleased coming here! |

We were put in for an out ... April 03, 2017 We were put in for an out of the blue/minor emergency sort of appointment on a Saturday. We were taken back to a room very quickly but waited an hour to be seen by the vet. In the meantime, our dog was briefly checked out by a polite and nice tech. When the vet arrived, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to us and to our dog. We are always very happy with Silver Maple. We just waited a LONG time with no explanation this past visit. This will certainly not deter us from coming back. We appreciate everything you have done for us and our dogs. |
