Waited in exam room for a ... December 25, 2017 Waited in exam room for a while before seeing technician come in. Don’t know if exam room floor was cleaned between clients. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and informative. Vet was not pressing about unnecessary vaccines, and very respectful of lifestyle choices by owner. Excited to be a part of this clinic for our first dog. |

I felt as though the veterinarian/staff ... December 23, 2017 I felt as though the veterinarian/staff did not go into detailed explanations as to why they were prescribing particular medications and why they do certain procedures. My dog was diagnosed with a tick-borne disease, which the vet came to tell me at checkout. I was given medication and an information sheet and was hastily sent on my way. I would have appreciated if the situation was taken more seriously. |

The assistant was very helpful with a cat that does not cooperate at the Vet office. They took their time with him as a move to a new place h is just starting to adjust. The staff was so friendly ... December 14, 2017 The staff was so friendly and really checked my dog thoroughly. They came up with a solution to help my dog.my dog I could tell my dog felt comfortable at the vet better than our old vet we had our records now transferred over to silver maple. |

Not happy with the need to ... December 06, 2017 Not happy with the need to make appt for nail trim. It is hard enough to get my cat in but to schedule it is even harder. We waited longer for the scheduled appt than when we came in without one. We used to be in and out and home in 10 minutes rather than 35 and having a vomiting cat in the car on the way home |

As new clients the time I ... November 13, 2017 As new clients the time I spent in the exam room was close to 2 hours. Total time with the Dr maybe 7-10 minutes. I understand time was needed to run a urinalysis and there was an emergency. But this was not communicated to me while we were in the exam room. A simple sorry we have an emergency would have sufficed. I have a follow up appointment and hopefully we will not wait as long. If the average time spent for something routine is close to two hours we will have to go somewhere else. Your practice came highly recommended and I can only hope my next experience is exemplary. |

When my husband returned home ... November 10, 2017 When my husband returned home and said they charged $5 per paw for a nail clipping I was very disappointed. Kashmir is so easy to clip it only takes me a couple of minutes, but I just wanted him to ask as a convenience. I can see if the cat is hard to deal with. |
