We LOVE Dr Plein! He has always taken very good care of our baby, Oscar. He never acts as though our questions aren t important, and he spends quality time with Oscar during his appointments.

Dr. Pline is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always makes you feel like his most important client. He never makes me feel like he is ordering excessive tests or in anyway padding the bill. That is always appreciated.

I am so grateful for the care we receive from ULVH! When we arrived for this most recent appt., we were told that our doc had to take an emergency. I explained that it s challenging for one of my pups to be in the appt. room for too long as it creates huge anxiety for her. So we were offered the option to wait outside in the garden. The wonderful staff trimmed toenails outside, and the doc came out to do the exam too. The weather was perfect, so that was an added bonus! Thank you for offering this idea! I apologize that I forget the names of everyone who so beautifully supported us, and I hope they know they positively impacted our visit and day immensely! Thank you so much!!

I love your practice but the price of medication is outrageous! My dog needed an antibiotic and the cost was $55...I juat about fell over! I also bought flea/tick medicine for $65 and PetMeds has it for $45 plus I paid the same as my neighbor her dog weighs 70 lbs and mine weighs 13 pounds

Our dog Coco, had been acting lethargic & appeared to have trouble walking correctly. I was able to receive an appointment a few hours after I called with Dr. Liba. She was thorough in her examination of Coco as well as explaining to me the issue that Coco is dealing with. We are currently monitoring Coco. Thank you for giving us an appointment so quickly, as we could see Coco was in some discomfort.

Dr. Hawker has been wonderful. She was friendly and professional. She has made Emmys and our lives so much better. Couldn t be more satisfied.

I would suggest that the vet techs be aware of how loud they are and what they say. The vet tech helping us could be overheard making rude comments about us and our dog.

Your pricing is getting to be unbelievably high. Do you offer a pet insurance policy? $949 seems excessive for the services performed on Brady and Jessie. Tony Hopp
