My dog and I have been patients of your vet for 6 years now. I have always been very happy with your services. I was a little disappointed on Monday with your repaving project. I am happy you are maintaining your facility however it was very stressful to my dog and myself walking on Cooley lake road. I wish I had been notified. I could have rescheduled. I had a great experience once again! It was rather fun showing off my birds to the staff!

I was extremely happy that the food we purchased is really helping my dog. I appreciate that I wasn t pressured to do the additional expensive testing. I also like all the notes that have been taken about my dogs progress so I don t have to reexplain each time-as I have at another large practice with a previous dog. The ability to get same day appointments and being open on the weekends is also extremely helpful!

Tech. Had hard time with doing cats nails! Provide her help! Last time two techs did it. I shouldn t have to help because she s was a handful the cat!
