We have been patients for a long time because we always experienced great care. However, other than the actual Vets themselves, the calibre of your support team has noticeably declined; not a good thing to have happening.

I always greeted in a friendly fashion and so is REMY, my high anxiety dog. The staff knows how to help him feel less stressed. Dr. Hawker has a great understanding of a dog like this and does all she can do to address medical concerns and his emotional needs.

It has been many years since my last visit and the facility is still very clean and well organized. Everything was great except for the wait time. I have a very shy kitty and it just made her more uncomfortable.

Doctor seemed to understand, and really care about our situation. Took her time, answered all questions, followed up with plan, literature, suggestions. Couldn t ask for more. If this works for our dog s separation anxiety, we will be absolutely thrilled. If it doesn t, at least we know we did everything we could, and got the best care. FINGERS CROSSED!!

Dr. Marti is amazing and the techs do a fabulous job too. I m always greeted in a friendly manner when I enter the clinic but the check out process has not been a 5 star (or even 2 star) experience during my recent two visits.
