It has been many years since my last visit and the facility is still very clean and well organized. Everything was great except for the wait time. I have a very shy kitty and it just made her more uncomfortable.

Doctor seemed to understand, and really care about our situation. Took her time, answered all questions, followed up with plan, literature, suggestions. Couldn t ask for more. If this works for our dog s separation anxiety, we will be absolutely thrilled. If it doesn t, at least we know we did everything we could, and got the best care. FINGERS CROSSED!!

Dr. Marti is amazing and the techs do a fabulous job too. I m always greeted in a friendly manner when I enter the clinic but the check out process has not been a 5 star (or even 2 star) experience during my recent two visits.

Dr. Herdon is THE reason we still bring our dog to ULVH. Last year we were going through a painful process of skin allergies that were affecting our dogs behavior, attitude, and skin health. Dr. Herdon worked with us to evaluate multiple causes and now, just 30 days on apoquel he has made an amazing recovery. Dr. Herdon was ecstatic to see his progress and it is because of her commitment that he is enjoying summer healthy and without any skin issues!

The vet tech and the doctor asked about our concerns and listened carefully. They made their own observations of our pet. The doctor prescribed a new treatment, and the vet tech thoroughly explained how to administer it. The environment is welcoming and soothing. Our dog was comfortable with her experience, and so were we.
