I love this practice. I drive nearly an hour one way from Ann Arbor because I trust everyone here. Both Bubba and I love the entire team! And, even working with covid-19 protocols, I felt well cared for. Thank you!!

Everything went so smoothly, and the doctor was so nice helping us figure out our next steps with our dog we just adopted. I just wish we could ve met in person, but obviously given the circumstances it was totally necessary to do everything by phone while they did the exam.

Dr. Erica Hawker is the absolute best with my reactive dog. Her commitment to these dogs is unparalleled. When I say I wouldn t know what to do without her, it is not an exaggeration. Thank you Dr. Hawker and Union Lake for going above and beyond, especially during these difficult times.

Dr. Reynolds is fantastic! The staff are great as well. However with COVID 19 the facility is on lock down and there was only a sign on the door with directions. Good thing I know how great the doctor and staff are so I was ok with trusting my pet to them.

The assistant mention the doctor Calling about Jackie’s teeth but we never got a follow up call from vet afterwards just staff. Jackie did just have her Bordatella 3/2020
