Union Lake has a wonderful practice with amazing staff. Not fond of the Dr. We had this visit. We have had her a few other times and is also unfriendly, uncaring and makes our concerns feel disregarded. Will request anyone but her for future visits.

The only thing I don’t like is that you don’t honor the price of meds on your website as the same in the physical building.

Union Lake Vet Hospital was exceptional! I had an emergency situation with my pet and they got me in the same day. The front staff, vet techs, and Dr. Morgan were exceptional! We will be making this the primary location for our pet’s needs. Thank you for exceptional service!

We love ULVH and ULPS. The hospital is currently under construction, however it had a very musty odor when we visited which was the firs time we ever smelled that there. Bailey s nails did bot get trimmed while she was under general anesthesia for her dental cleaning which required us to make an additional visit--disappointing, but not the end of the world.

I want to thank you (esp. Dr. Hawker) for making this the easiest appointment that Mack has ever had. He is VERY distrustful of the vet, and isn t very nice at times because of his extreme fear and anxiety. I was dreading the appointment because I knew it would take a week for him to calm back down afterwards. He did really good thanks to the time Dr.Hawker took with him to put him at ease. I also LOVE the new addition to the hospital. The exam rooms that can be accessed from the outside are perfect. That also helped Mack out allot. The nice atmosphere in the room, the couch, the comfy dog bed on the floor, the relaxing music...all these things made this visit go so much smoother than I thought possible, and I GREATLY appreciate it!!

Dr. Hawker & Rebecca went above and beyond to take care of my older dog, Ivan. She responded to all of my 10 questions and examined him thoroughly. The vet techs were great as well as the checkout person.

Dr. Erb was very patient with our dog and our many questions.

The office staff, the lab techs and Dr. Reynolds are kind, concerned, flexible and easy to talk to and work with.

We love ULVH and Dr. Reynolds! I do wish that your practice was a little more cat friendly. You seem to lean towards dogs. It makes it tough in your clients who have nervous/anxious cats.
