I felt that the precautions your office is taking were exceptional. You have done an excellent job of treating your patients, and keeping staff and pet owners as safe as possible. It really was remarkable to see.Thank you so much for all that you do!

As a first time visit, we had an appointment of 10:20 but she was not seen until 10:50. That was frustrating with a new puppy unable to let her potty outside the car when she had to go, so we will see how the rest of the appointments are. Everything else was great.

My visit was during the time of the COVID-19 outbreak and the way the visit was handled was excellent. The precautions they took (consultation and payment over phone, only pets allowed in, etc.) to ensure the safety of everyone while still seeing patients worked very well and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, as always.

ULVH is absolutely fantastic. I recommend you guys to all my friends and family. You are all like family and greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do; you definitely do not receive the recognition you deserve

your facility is very impressive,super clean and modern, don t like facilities that have wood base floor molding, yours can be cleaned over and over and water can not compromise it and allow bacteria to grow on it.

During these trying times, it was such a comfort to know that my dog could still be seen by a vet. How awesome! Dr. Morgan was wonderful and so caring.The set up to avoid exposure for everyone to the Coronavirus still allowed for our pets, who are also members of our family to be seen. Bless you all!

The Doctors and staff that work directly with the animals are always great. The office staff is grouchy and acts as though they are doing us a favor. Too bad first and last impressions.
