My visit was during the time of the COVID-19 outbreak and the way the visit was handled was excellent. The precautions they took (consultation and payment over phone, only pets allowed in, etc.) to ensure the safety of everyone while still seeing patients worked very well and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, as always.

ULVH is absolutely fantastic. I recommend you guys to all my friends and family. You are all like family and greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do; you definitely do not receive the recognition you deserve

The appointment went very smoothly during COVID19. I was impressed.

your facility is very impressive,super clean and modern, don t like facilities that have wood base floor molding, yours can be cleaned over and over and water can not compromise it and allow bacteria to grow on it.

During these trying times, it was such a comfort to know that my dog could still be seen by a vet. How awesome! Dr. Morgan was wonderful and so caring.The set up to avoid exposure for everyone to the Coronavirus still allowed for our pets, who are also members of our family to be seen. Bless you all!

We are so grateful that ULVH was able to care for our fur baby during these most difficult times of social distancing. They executed the visit in a safe manner for everyone involved. The Doctors and staff that work directly with the animals are always great. The office staff is grouchy and acts as though they are doing us a favor. Too bad first and last impressions.

Union Lake has a wonderful practice with amazing staff. Not fond of the Dr. We had this visit. We have had her a few other times and is also unfriendly, uncaring and makes our concerns feel disregarded. Will request anyone but her for future visits.

The only thing I don’t like is that you don’t honor the price of meds on your website as the same in the physical building.

Union Lake Vet Hospital was exceptional! I had an emergency situation with my pet and they got me in the same day. The front staff, vet techs, and Dr. Morgan were exceptional! We will be making this the primary location for our pet’s needs. Thank you for exceptional service!

The only negative seems the price for shots and service seems little higher... but if that s what other vets charge. Is what it is..
