I had to make an appointment during the Covid-19 time period. I did have to wait in my car for awhile, but my call was an emergency so they worked me in. They came & got my cat, Scritchie, from my car, took her in, did the exam & returned her to me in a short time. I was very satisfied with their treatment of her.

I would suggest that this survey have other and comment options under each individual answer. It would provide further understanding to the surveyees reason for their rating.

Due to Covid its wasnt like I was able to go into the facility. But everything seemed to go as planned and they did a great job explaining everything, options, etc. Over all very please and plan to use them for our new Fosters-to-Adopt Fur baby.

Look forward to be able to be in the exam room with the Doctor. Hopefully that will be part of our new normal.

Dr Morgan was extremely helpful. Explained the possible reasons for our cats condition, the meaning of the different test results, and possible future Tests and treatments.

During the Covid 19 pandemic this service and care and organization was seamless. I appreciate this veterinary hospital very much. I had an emergency 4 days after a routine exam and vaccinations. They fit me in the same day. They are caring of my pet and I truly appreciate it.

My dog has a growth in his mouth that is potentially malignant. Having to wait in my car while Dr. Reynolds examined him was tough but she did a really great job informing me of what was going on. She realized I was upset upon hearing her prognosis and was very compassionate and helped me feel better as she explained the situation. I’m really grateful for her. Despite the change in procedure I felt good about the whole experience. And I appreciate you taking into consideration the pandemic.

The place is very expensive but the service is five star! Staff is very friendly and very caring!

We were so thankful the doctors were able to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment two days in a row. Doctor Herb (sp?) even offered to do surgery on her lunch break if it was needed. They treated my dog like their own and I am very grateful. Only negative is that I think they are significantly more expensive than other vets in the area. This previous experience was excellent; however I had a very traumatic experience with the male doctor just over a year ago. That is why we initially left and only needed to come back due to the emergency. Glad he wasn’t the doctor with our dog. We are very grateful for the EXCELLENT care we received during these visits even when the office was clearly overwhelmed and at full capacity.

Each visit to Union Lake has been a great experience. Our dog is a difficult patient to work with and the team at Union Lake handles her with care and continues to work with her through each stressful visit. From a customer perspective, the changes in place to maintain proper social distancing due to COVID-19 were great.

Our appointment with Dr. Hawker was exceptional, we felt comfortable with her and she explained everything so well. Thank you!
