Everyone went out of their way to help our highly anxious dog from Dr. Hawker, Heather, Tammy, Barb and the people on the phone. They are concerned with him and with us.

as a new client i was impressed .... most importantly with the staff. on all levels, service exceeded my expectations!

Did not enter the office. Curbside pickup. Difficult to get my pet in when she had an emergency. Stressful time when your doctors know my pet but you are telling me you can’t see her for at least 2-3 days. She had a UTI and was bleeding!! Had to go to oakland referral instead.

I was nervous as we moved recently and this was my dogs first time coming here. I wasn’t able to go in in with him due to covid, but he came out seemingly happy and calm!

I thought the staff and doctor did a great job within the confines of the covid-19 restrictions. My hope is at the next appointment I will be able to go inside.

I feel they handled the current pandemic situation well. I felt as though the staff seemed rushed and I wasnt given as much time to discuss things or the proper amount of information. But I am chalking that up to adjusting to changes.

I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the facility. Due to COVID-19, we stayed in the car. To be clear, I support this office policy. It is better to err on the side of caution and safety! :) Thank you for your efforts during this unusual time!

This was my first time there and everyone that I talked to on staff has been amazing!!!! Took the time to talk to me on the phone even though your phones were ringing off the hook. Dr Reynolds came out to our car and talked one on one. I will definately return and bring out other cat too!

Even though we are under the new guidelines of Covid 19 appointments, I can honestly say I was impressed at the great way the curbside wellness exams were conducted. Everything went great and I never felt I didn t have a chance to talk with Dr Hawker about Katie. I have answered ALL 5 star even though I wasn t physicallhy inside the office, but based on our entire history of bringing our Katie there, the office and all buildings whether training, day care or the hospital....everything is always very clean. It would have been helpful to get instructions on waiting outside at the time that I made the appt as it seemed chaotic without the knowledge.

I am awaiting a printout of what services were performed and my bill! Technology is not always the answer! During Covid, very difficult!
