Wasn t a fan of sitting in the car while pet was taken in. But get the Covid caution.

Dr Reynolds is the main reason as to why I have continued to bring my dog to Union Lake Vet. Her knowledge, expertise, kindness and caring support have meant so much to us over the years.

I waited almost 40 mins in the car. I spoke to the Dr. prior which she was very kind and apologetic. However, I did not have the chance to ask questions or speak to her afterwards. I also had two dogs and it would have been nice to have them both taken at the same time.

Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. So fortunate to have this wonderful practice just a few minutes from home!

Vet tech was able to answer most of my questions but not all. Would have preferred a call from the doctor AFTER my pet was examined. Thank you for providing the tent as a waiting area.

Results were unclean

i thought our appt ran very smoothly. from the time we pulled into a space. staff was very accommodating. Dr hawker was amazing with Dakota. Took time to talk on the phone and came out personally to get him and bring him back to the car as well. Very pleased how our appt went. Thank you for always putting the patients as a priority. We appreciate everything you do!

Dr Liba and Dr Erb are two of the very best Vets. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Both are so nice and take the time to answer all questions and make sure our animals are very well cared for.

I have had 2 visits to your clinic so far. The only difficult part is not being able to accompany my puppy (now 16 weeks) into the building. My puppy has anxiety with new situations, and I m sure would be much more comfortable if I were able to introduce her to the new situation. I did appreciate the Dr. and Jessica taking lots of time to talk with me. So - as soon as you will allow a well puppy visit LMK, I think it would help a lot if I could make the experience more fun instead of scary for her. Thanks again, and see you soon. We love Dr. Hawker and all of your staff members are so friendly. The campus is beautiful and we look forward to experiencing it inside after the pandemic subsides. Maci s appointment went like clockwork despite the obvious complications your staff had to deal with resulting from covid-19. A great place. The only thing I would change is to allow 1 owner inside with their pet (with a mask) during the Covid/flu restrictions. Dentists allow an adult to go inside with their child (with a mask) so hopefully they can find a way to do this safely. Its not a show-stopper and I totally understand the caution. And this is one of the few vet offices to remain open during the shutdown, so major kudos to them! And also major kudos to Charlotte S. for going above and beyond with scheduling and customer service!
