Dr Hawker and staff are excellent

Dr Marty, Dr Hawker and all the other vets I’ve worked with are great. We’ve entrusted our two now deceased cats and our current three to this practice with confidence. The staff and techs are all great as well - very helpful, friendly and caring.

My first visit and I was completely set at ease with your kind staff and veterinarian. We are so happy And excited to say that we have found our permanent vet!

First visit since Covid & all ran smoothly with easy appointment communication via phone. Our doctor met with us outside before complete & thorough exam inside with vaccines...having the screened tent/canopy is genius!! All health safety precautions were taken & being immunocompromised, I felt very safe. We received the same highly professional yet loving care as always & truly appreciate the doctors & staff, especially during this difficult & stressful time. Keep up the outstanding work ULVH!!

$17 for a nail trim is too much! You are seriously the most expensive vet practice I ve ever been to. However, Dr. Marti is very kind and thorough, I truly have appreciated her care with my dog. I will keep coming back...

I was grateful to staff and Dr. Herndon for doing a thorough exam on Satchel from heart, bloodwork, and xrays and providing the records and the referral to MedVet-Commerce. Satchel was found to have mitral valve insufficiency and the 9x9 centimeter mass & his spleen was removed Wednesday following my Tuesday U.L.Vet appointment. He is recovering at home. Lab diagnosis due next week.

Given the restrictions caused by Covid 19 your process for patient care and customer service was very well thought out and delivered as good as possible. Like most pet owners I will be glad when we can come in and see the vet and discuss issues and potential treatments face to face. Plus my baby will be less anxious.

I could not answer your one question about cleanliness because owners were not allowed in the bldg due to covid 19 but the outside grounds and area would be five stars.
