Great staff!!! Thank you!

I was grateful to staff and Dr. Herndon for doing a thorough exam on Satchel from heart, bloodwork, and xrays and providing the records and the referral to MedVet-Commerce. Satchel was found to have mitral valve insufficiency and the 9x9 centimeter mass & his spleen was removed Wednesday following my Tuesday U.L.Vet appointment. He is recovering at home. Lab diagnosis due next week.

Thank you for all you are doing during the pandemic to keep everyone safe, and ensuring our pets are healthy and not too stressed while obtaining necessary services.

Given the restrictions caused by Covid 19 your process for patient care and customer service was very well thought out and delivered as good as possible. Like most pet owners I will be glad when we can come in and see the vet and discuss issues and potential treatments face to face. Plus my baby will be less anxious.

dr Anchill is the best!!

I could not answer your one question about cleanliness because owners were not allowed in the bldg due to covid 19 but the outside grounds and area would be five stars.

Wasn t a fan of sitting in the car while pet was taken in. But get the Covid caution.

Your office has the process down and made it easy/efficient. We love the care and communication that Dr. Plein and the staff provides for our dog Max.

I waited almost 40 mins in the car. I spoke to the Dr. prior which she was very kind and apologetic. However, I did not have the chance to ask questions or speak to her afterwards. I also had two dogs and it would have been nice to have them both taken at the same time.

Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. So fortunate to have this wonderful practice just a few minutes from home!

Vet tech was able to answer most of my questions but not all. Would have preferred a call from the doctor AFTER my pet was examined. Thank you for providing the tent as a waiting area.

i thought our appt ran very smoothly. from the time we pulled into a space. staff was very accommodating. Dr hawker was amazing with Dakota. Took time to talk on the phone and came out personally to get him and bring him back to the car as well. Very pleased how our appt went. Thank you for always putting the patients as a priority.
