Unable to ask some of my questions regarding our new puppy. Her name was also spelled wrong on the receipt even though I spelled it for the attendant.

The rate for the office visit should be adjusted because there is no interaction with the vet. Understanding that the process has changed due to Covid, I m not saying the fee should be eliminated, but reduced to $35.00.

There is nobody else we would trust out animals with. Even during the crazy COVID crisis (still ongoing) you have once again gone above and beyond when it comes to pet safety and care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do for us and our fur children. Especially Stella.

Dr. Kate Renyolds is GREAT! She listened to me, gave me options for my older dogs, she took them in to consideration. She listened to me as their owner about what is in my dogs best interest. She does everything that she can do not to stress them or me out. My dogs can be a lot to handle. It never ruffles Dr.Renyolds! My experience was great!

EVERYONE very, very nice. I would love if I could correspond with the doctor via e-mail. Since we can not go in for the appointment, sometimes questions don t come up until we get home.

I’d just like to say that I usually would take my dog to a different vet’s office but after a horrible experience I will never go back there and I actually wasn’t too thrilled about the idea of ever having to go back to a vet. We had been to ULVH once to see Dr. Erb and everything was fantastic so I should’ve stuck with you guys. Instead I went to my regular vet and I now regret it but I’m so happy that you guys will be my permanent vets office for my boy. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and I was very pleased with Dr. Weeden. She is wonderful. I can’t thank you guys enough for being such a caring and comfortable facility for both me and my dog!

I am so impressed with Union Lake Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Hawker is amazing and I would recommend her and the hospital to anyone!!

I love this vet however, I hate, absolutely hate, the covid precautions put in place. I strongly believe they could be a little less restrictive. My dogs and I like to be together during our visits to the vet. We also like seeing the Doctor together. My wife and I, along with my dogs love this vet but if we don t get to go into the facility with our animals soon we ll be forced to start looking for another facility. We really don t care what hoops we have to jump through to go in with our animals, we re willing to meet the requirements, this vet is that good, but again it s insanely important to us and our animals to be able to go in together.

During COVID, you have expended lots of time and energy to making vet services available, which is really appreciated. We came in last week with a new dog, and lots of questions. Dr. Plein spent time with us. He is an amazing vet and we trust him completely!

I appreciated the communication throughout our curbside experience.

We just adore Dr. Herdon. Buddy and Sparkles race to the car when I tell them that we’re going to see her.

I was very happy that you had things set up like the outdoor tent and a possibility of me coming in with my dog since he has some reactivity and anxiety when he’s at the vet. It made it much less stressful for me and him to have those options and the ability to work around his comfort level.

Both Dr. Plein and the tech were very helpful and accommodating. I have been a client of ULPS for almost 30 years and Chuck Plein has taken exceptional care of all of my pets. This visit was no exception. You have a great staff!

Can t wait for COVID restrictions to be lifted... Felt like exam was not as thorough, but doc did spend a lot of time discussing things with me. The masks, I think, freaked my dog out. He was not as friendly as he normally is. Overall, a good visit. It just felt a little off due to the circumstances. Thanks for listening, and for doing your best with the current restrictions!!
