Our dog is extremely nervous at the vet and the Dr. Hawker was extremely understanding and accommodating. My pup left, still nervous, but doing much better than when she went in!

It was hard not to go in with our BFF pet but staff and ULVH have done a phenomenal job of orchestrating the car park and retrieving and returning the animals. We hope this separation will be over soon. Grateful all the expansion construction is over and it was possible to do the set up as it is now. Hoping the social distancing will be over soon. I think it is difficult on both sides NOT to have face to face when the dr talks to you about your pet. Maybe a video chat? is possible? You understand more from facial expressions. =)

We have never had a complaint with ULVH. All the staff and veterinarians have treated us and our dog very well and many occasions have gone “the extra mile”! Thank You
