I did not see a doctor,thats why I put 1 star. The tech was very pleasant,very happy with how she was with my kitty and dog.

The doctor we saw was wonderful! Paris is highly anxious when it comes to going to the vet s office but it ended up going better than expected. This was the first doctor that took her out of the room (she was medicated and muzzled) and that worked so much better than Paris and I together. The doctor gave Paris her shots and she was back in with me in about 60 seconds. Phew!

Couldn t have been happier. We were confused about checking in but caught on quickly. This is excellent facility and the follow up call the next day was great because by then I had a couple questions.

I loved it there. Everyone was very professional and personable. I also felt the doctor was compassionate and understood my situation.

I felt due to the covid 19 everything was set up great.I just called then they came and assisted me and we went from car to exam room.I felt 100 percent assured that there was precaution taken.

Our dog is extremely nervous at the vet and the Dr. Hawker was extremely understanding and accommodating. My pup left, still nervous, but doing much better than when she went in!

It was hard not to go in with our BFF pet but staff and ULVH have done a phenomenal job of orchestrating the car park and retrieving and returning the animals. We hope this separation will be over soon. Grateful all the expansion construction is over and it was possible to do the set up as it is now. Hoping the social distancing will be over soon. I think it is difficult on both sides NOT to have face to face when the dr talks to you about your pet. Maybe a video chat? is possible? You understand more from facial expressions. =)
