The staff is wonderful and Dr. Plein is the best!

Everyone at ULVH treats my babies with loving care. I have 2 high anxiety dogs who need to be sedated for most medical procedures, even a blood draw or nail trim. So each visit is a bit stressful. I wouldn’t trust any other vet practice to take care of Aikko and Cassidy for their veterinary care. Thank you all!

I can t say i don t miss days of past when i could call in the morning and get an open spot that day, but that said i have seen many of the Drs at the office and have been happy with the service. Dr Marti & Dr Hawker have always been especially helpful and always spot on with their advice and knowledge. I think price is always a point of contesntion with veterinary services, but it goes without saying you get what you pay for.

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. The doctors are very compassionate..I know this because I recently had to put my cat down in October, and Dr. Reynolds was an absolute angel through the whole thing. Very happy with Union Lake Vet.

I was not notified that I would not be able to go into the clinic without my puppy. Although it’s covid-19, I am allowed into a doctor’s office without a mask. When I asked about it, the staff said, “Don’t you know a lot of places are curbsides now?” I am aware of this but not medical facilities. Furthermore everything seemed rushed and we were overcharged.

Always excellent, compassionate, and kind service. You are doing a great job with your covid management.

The entire staff at Union Lake Veterinary Hospital exudes excellence and professionalism. Our dog Champ was in chronic pain and experienced lameness for weeks. After one visit with Dr. Liba...our fur baby was like his old self. We are telling everyone about Union Lake for their veternian needs. There s no better place to go.

I was very happy and impressed with Dr. Erb answering all my questions about my kitten. She was very professional. As a first time cat owner as an adult I m full of questions and want to do the best for my baby kitten. Thanks for the tips and advice.

Everyone @ ULVH is very accommodating & professional. I appreciate being able to coordinate with Myles trainer, Rebecca & veterinarian, Dr. Hawker to help him with his fear of the vet. I saw 2 very caring people making Myles comfortable with this experience. I was so proud of him being able to relax with them & show his true personality. Dr. Weeden and Dr. Liba are both very helpful with the care of Buddy. I m glad they re working together to resolve his issues.

Lexie and I were new patient/client to Dr. Reynolds. She spent a lot of time getting information on Lexie, and would put in place, a plan to get her better. I was so grateful to hear that my older pet, had issues that could be resolved. As a bonus, because Lexie cannot have treats, she added a small bag of Gentle Snackers, which can be purchased there through a Rx from her. What a wonderful surprise. ULVH has cared for my canines and felines for 22 years. You want your pets to have this wonderful team for their care.

Although I moved from the area a few years ago, the extra drive to Union Lake Veterinary Hospital is meaningless. The love and care you provide to Samson is by far the best!!! Thank you

I have brought Toby to Dr Reynolds for 13 years because I appreciate the consideration she gives for his health conditions and that she works to find the solution which is best for him. We were ubable to enter the building, so we cannot comment on the building cleaniness; however, we are sure that it is maintained as well as it always has been.

We love the Vets, and staff at Union Lake Vet Clinic. We are also fans of the daycare and grooming teams. We feel fortunate to have such caring professionals so close to our home.

I felt scolded by Dr. Reynolds after Quinn s appt. I guess Quinn wasn t the ideal behavior to have her ears & heart checked. Our training at home or lack of, reflects this. First when someone she is familiar with can t go in with her, and second she is already trained by your office to get as much cheese as she wants. Why would you want to be still ? Again she is 14 weeks old, we will continue to see Dr. Hawker for future appts.

I have had ULV for all my fur babies. I would never take them any place else. ULV does everything they can for its clients and their owners. Dr. Kate Reynolds has helped me thru many a problem with my fur babies.
