I’ve been bringing my pets here for years! Great service, great staff, excellent experience!

The only thing I was worried about was the huge amount of salt the dogs have to walk through to get inside.

The greeter was so friendly and personable! (Young lady with short brown hair). I didn t catch her name but she was delightful, and made it easy to ensure our beloved dog in her care and escort our dog into the building for her appointment!

I am a new client and could not be happier! Dr. Reynolds was awesome and kept me informed about everything! And her staff (especially Lindsey) is truly wonderful!!

I drive over an hour to go to the office. I am very happy with the service. I will bring my pets here in the future as well. I did not know the state of the office since COvid prevents entry- I assume it was as nice as it was last time I was there.

I appreciate the 2 calls that Dr. Herdon made to me to get all of Destrey s health details, while I waited for him. Your office makes this Covid situation much easier to deal with.

Seemed expensive, and did not explain the COST of each thing, nor did they report her weight. The explain what they suggest, or she might be due for, but instead of giving you a total cost I got the bill after she was all done. Would have been nice to discuss in detail cost!

We came in for an allergy shot for our dog and everything was done through the parking lot. It was done promptly, payment completed in the car, as was the shot. Couldn t have gone better.

Waited longer than expected...Dr was late.

Parking right up front and then waiting in the car until the room was ready for us was extremely difficult with our reactive pup. He saw multiple dogs and people passing by and was vibrating with stress. I originally parked far away to avoid this but was asked to move to a spot right near our door. In the future, I will wait to park up front until the room is ready for us. I know the parking and waiting situation is due to covid, but it might be helpful to have some parking spots out of the way reserved for reactive dogs/customers. Our appointment was amazing, and we are so excited to have Dr. Hawker on our pup s care team, but the 15 minute wait in the car was awful for our dog.

Dr. Plien was sincerely concerned about my dog!

My suggestion would be able to hug Dr Herdon for all she has done for my pets, especially my Hunter with his condition. She has gone over & above her doctoring to help me with him. I can t praise her enough for her work.

Wait time to be seen was a little lengthy but it was a Sunday and we are in the midst of the pandemic so I understand things are not operating normally.

My dog received great care at her appointment. I feel confident having my dog in their care. The hours are very convenient!

Caezar has seen no other Vet but those at ULVH and that s not about to change. They treat him like family and I m 100% comfortable leaving Caezar in their hands.
