I just want to say that Dr. Reynolds is the most caring and thoughtful person. I drive pretty far for my appointments, but I would always make the trip. I start out in my car saying, this is too far to drive and when I m driving back home, I feel so good about driving that far because of the concern Dr. Reynolds has for my cat Contessa. I value any recommendation she has regarding Tessa s health and happiness.

I love the way the exam rooms are set up to reduce anxiety in the pet patient. Dr. Hawker is a caring knowledgeable veterinarian. She truly cares about and understands the challenges that some dogs ( and pet parents) have. I travel 20 miles to see her.

I have been going to ULVH since I’ve had animals and my grandmother took her animals there. In all these years of dedication to ULVH I wish there was more of a loyalty pet discount. My last animal is #X in your filing system so it would be nice to have more of a multiple pet discount. Also Dr Plein should NEVER retire :) he is wonderful and I trust him with my animals.

Dr Herdon is awesome, knowledgeable and helpful when caring of my German Shepard. Also her assistants did a great job - Thank You

What can I say, we got the presidential treatment

I just wanted to thank Dr. Marty, the amazing vet tech, and lead trainer who spent so much time with Fender. They were all very patient and kind and though it was a difficult appointment for both of us they made it so much better. Hopefully next time Fender will feel a bit better. Thank you for all you do and allowing me to come in with Fender. You truly do what’s best for dogs.

The wait time was longer than I had hoped, but the staff was very apologetic and more than made up for it!

I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service provided us by Dr. Kate Reynolds, her assistants and other staff. It was a difficult time as our cat Noche is very ill and likely near the end of her life. The care and compassion she, and we, received will not be forgotten.

Overall the process was pretty good. Still waiting to hear on a follow up item.

A little disappointed for when I called to make an appointment I asked if your practice does I removal because our dog has glaucoma and we are getting the pressures tested to see if they come down and will make an appointment she says yes we have Three ophthalmologist here they do surgery and the find out my wife was told that your practice is only a general practice in referred us to three outsource blue Moon Orvis in Rochester vision so in knowing that we probably wouldn’t of come to your practice and went to tRochester I vision., Because we were told that we still need to see an ophthalmologist in here we paid $160 just to have pressure tested for approximate 20 minute visit.

Thank you so much for getting our dog in despite being very busy! He had an ear infection that flared up very quickly. He was already more comfortable that evening, and is back to playing with the kids and snuggling.

My dog is not an easy dog to deal with at the vet, and I am continuously amazed at the kindness given by the vets and vet techs. They do not treat him like a burden, and for that, I am forever grateful.

Covid, so I stayed outside. It makes is a bit difficult to address all my questions over the phone, but that s okay. It s not your fault the world is in chaos. I appreciate the time and effort to keep my pupper healthy.

I did refer a friend to your facility. (Sheryl Keller) I absolutely love Dr. Plein and Dr Weeden. I don t think you could get better than them. They are compassionate, friendly, understanding and take the time to actually listen. Just wish I would have had better news on my dog Ranger who means the world to me!

I cannot comment on certain factors, such as the office facilities and their level of cleanliness...we weren t allowed inside due to COVID-19 restrictions (which I support).

Every was great as usual and very good follow up!

I will be happy when I can go in for the appointment.

Dr Morgan is the best of the best! Her dedication to our pets is appreciated! So glad to have found her! I’ve taken Evan to several vets over the years and have never felt they care like Dr Morgan does! So thankful for her.
