At union Lake vet they are all very kind and friendly. My dog is a seizure dog and they always do a great job to make it less stressful for him. Dr erb does a great job with him as well as all the others do. I definitely appreciate all the quality caring services they provide.

I would say that I do love this vet and this office but it’s getting so expensive that I may have to find another vet if the prices go up again. I may need a smaller vet without so much overhead. ??

Docs always very caring but doc Marti really goes out of her way to spend time with my dog to assure the proper care. The lab assistants are always great. Yes, I always recommend your vet to people.

I have been taking my dog to this vet for 11 years, but when I made an appointment this week due to injury I was charged $130 as an urgent care fee? Not pleased by this raise in prices.

I only had a tech visit with no in person visit. I have been vaccinated and wear masks. I. Would prefer vet visits be in person. I believe the owner being with the pet is benificial for many reasons

It would be great if you could have an entirely separate area for cats that is not near the sounds of barking dogs. I understand that you are not a cat exclusive vet of course, but it was really loud and she was really scared. It was diffcult to get her relaxed for her procedure even with the sedative they gave her. She would start to relax and then dogs would bark, squeal, etc.

I would have liked a little more feedback from the doc about a couple of the specific concerns I had, I only got to speak with the tech. But I am hoping to ask about these during the call about the test results.

Dr. Plein is the best!

Considering I came in as a first available appointment, I was prepared to wait a lot longer. Surprisingly I only waited about 20 minutes. I saw the Dr quickly as well!

I feel like the vet doctor could have been more friendly. She did not spend a lot of time with me or my dog. She seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. The technicians who administered the shots and did the blood work took their time to explain things.

The people at Union Lake are phenomenal. Knowledgeable, very friendly, and very open to helping. The person who checked me out this time (on the phone) was not as friendly as usual. She was businesslike, which I appreciate, but I usually get such warmth. I know how busy vets are so I chalked it up to that. The next day I had an issue with my prescriptions being called into the pharmacy. The team I talked to went out of their way to help me. They were wonderful. That is the service and friendliness that I get every time I go to or have any contact with Union Lake. Hands down Dr. Hawker is the best. She always takes time with us, never rushes us. Doctor Hawker asks questions and listens to our answers. She has been instrumental in helping with the care of our girls. I can’t think her and your staff enough for all of the help that you give us. We feel very blessed to have found you.

Dr. Marti is a wonderful vet! I had a list of concerns regarding my dog and she addressed each one. Her VMT was was very pleasant and quick. She sent me paperwork later in an email as she promised. I also heard from Dr. Marti the next day regarding my dog s test results. I wouldn t go any where else.

I always appreciate how much Dr. Hawker cares about the well-being of my dog, Herman.
