We have brought our Katie Girl to ULVH since we rescued her 10 years ago. The entire staff of doctors, vet techs, kennel staff, trainers, groomers and everyone who answers phones, answers questions and schedules appointments. We thank you. Katie thanks you. You have always been there for her in wellness and sickness. She loves coming to day care and it makes our hearts happy to see how everyone cares for her makes her feel so very special. Dr. Charles Plein is the best. He takes his time and answers all your questions. You will never feel rushed when you re there. You re animal will always be in safe hands when you are with Dr. Plein! :)

Union Lake is the very BEST

I had to wait a month for an appointment with Dr. Liba, that s really my only complaint.

I recently moved to Michigan from Colorado - and of course I was worried about having to find a new vet for my furbabies. I could not be happier that my choice in Union Lake Vet and the service I received while there.

Dr. Halley was great and so was the vet tech (I unfortunately didn t catch her name). They really cared for my dog

Dr.Plein was very thorough and addressed all our puppies issues. Works excellent with our dog.

It took almost three months to get an appointment, but other than that, we had a great experience!

The vet and staff spent a great amount of time working with my high strung and anxious dog to keep his experience fear free. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate your time and gentleness throughout our entire visit.

Cal the vet tech was amazing!

I specifically mentioned that I was interested in Alternative Medicine/Treatments for my dog when I called to schedule my appointment. My appointment should have been scheduled with your alternative medicine doctor but it was not. Therefore my first appointment was basically a waste of time. Thankfully you offered to apply my office visit toward my next appointment after I explained what happened. However, I still spent a good chunk of my day on that first appointment. I suggest that you make sure you really understand what the customer is looking for before scheduling appointments.

Dr. Marti was awesome! She took time to look over both of our pups with a thorough exam.

Always feel confident of placing my pups in the care of the vets as well as the techs.

Staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Wait time wasn t exactly convenient, it always takes a while to handle everything.

As a first time client, I should have been informed of how to arrive and what to do instead of having to figure it out once I was there, then having extra wait time. This is very pertinent information that should be given to new clients 100% of the time. Maybe directions sent in an email or something. Also was very nearly attacked by someone s dog as we were leaving creating even more stress for myself and my pet. Just b/c they think their pet is friendly doesn t mean they are, or that I agree. Those idiotic extend and retract leashes should be BANNED (and I m making that my life mission). There is no reason that animal should have been able, or allowed, to get that close to me. Very frustrating situation.

The staff at Union Lake is always so wonderful. I am so thankful for the care they provide for my dog Gryffin!
