We have never had a complaint. Everyone is very accommodating and willing to help us get what we need. All the doctors we have dealt with (we have seen several) go above and beyond taking the time to talk to us and treat our dog Tundra. We have never felt like we were being rushed.????

I have recommended at least 2 dozens people here in the last 18, 20 years I have been going there.

Our only complaint is the price of the Simparica Trio meds. While there is an on-line rebate, it only allows you to accumulate points, there is no option to mail in for a refund or even a Visa card to use on future vet visits. This is the second time we have paid for the meds and been able to use any rebate. NOT HAPPY.

Dr Marty is the best vet I ve ever taken any pet to. With my dog being a bit slow-to-warm, she makes me (and my fur baby) feel comfortable each and every appointment. I keep scheduling visits to Union Lake Vet because of Dr Marty!

We’ve been going to ULVH for about 25 years. There is something to be said about a practice that keeps their staff for the same amount of years or longer. There is very little turnover at ULVH which is a good feeling. Everyone there is excellent, but Dr. Plein is a godsend. He’s the miracle maker

The vet we usually go to put us on a waiting list, and two vet offices I called before I was lucky to find your office would not see us because we hadn t been to their office before. Thank you so much for seeing us and on the same day!

We had 9 a.m. appointment for a dog and a cat, we waited for about 25 minutes in the parking lot which was fine. Once we met with vet techs and a doctor, we were told that they will be back to get the animals to take them back. 45 minutes later, we were still waiting. I called the front desk to ask if anyone was coming back. About 10 minutes later it appears that we went back to the normal routine. The vet techs told me that the vet had an emergency. In a followup phone consultation, the vet told me that it was because I asked for a separate receipt for each animal (to make it easier for the insurance submission.) However at the end of the visit, the front desk lady came and was able to run my credit card and give me separate receipts without any issue. We left the vet around 11:30. It was the longest a routine check up that I ever had with Union Lake. I thought they could have handled it better by trying not to ignore the issue or to blame me for the situation. They could just have apologized and it would have gone better for me. There was no time that they acknowledged that it was not normal or has inconvenienced us (my husband sat in the parking lot for the entire time and watched people come and go.)

Love the Vet. Love the young ladies. Everyone was very nice to my big boy. Max loved everyone. He had a great experience. I would recommend everyone to go here. Caring and explaining everything is a plus. Thank you.

My dog just comes to Dr Hawker for behavioral meds. I was impressed with the Dr and staff. They took time to talk and helped us with some problem areas. It was a good visit

We have been bringing our dog to Union Lake Vet for almost 10 years now, but the prices are extremely high. After this last check up that cost us over $300 for one visit, I don’t believe we’ll be back. I know there are other vets just as good who won’t charge an astronomical price just to make sure your pet’s health is good. I can’t imagine if something was seriously wrong and what the bill would look like then. I wish the pricing was different so we didn’t have to switch, but I honestly can’t stand to be overcharged any longer.

Visit was great - best ones cherry’s had yet. Glad I could finally go IN with her to help relieve her anxiety!

Lab techs, assistants, office staff they are all wonderfully, kind and considerate. Dr. Reynolds is the best. She’s emphatic, resourceful, kind, knowledgeable and is always looking for the best way to help my cats.
