I have been a client of ULPS for over 30 years. Chuck Plien is one of the best Vets in the area and has seen my pets through many a crises. I trust his expertise without question. All of the staff there are exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating as well. I highly recommend ULPS!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Every single time! Thank you! Dr. Hawker, Kristen, Rebecca, Dr. Weeden, Dr. Marti... Megan... We have seen them all and they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful! Every person I talk to on the phone is nice and helpful. I can t think of one disappointing experience I have had at your facility. Wonderful.... everything!

Dr. Hawker and the staff were, as always, great to work with during the appointment. Taking a fearful dog to the vet is a challenging experience, but thanks to Dr. Hawker s compassion and behavioral expertise, my dog s appointment went smoothly and calmly. I arrived early for my appointment, but wasn t asked to come in until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Dr Herdon and Amber were great! Dr Herdon took the time to explain all my potential options to me, and Amber went out of her way to get an additional question answered for me. The lady at check out did not seem to be in a good mood, but it was overall a great experience and my cat is doing much better!

The vet tech (and I didn t get her name) was so good with Buoy Otenbaker - he has stranger danger, so the vet can be challenging. She took her time and had lots of treats and he did great. Thank you!

Even though I live an hour away, there is no one I trust more with my pup! Everyone on staff is friendly, informative, and always does their best to make sure my reactive dog can be taken care of. It’s really reassuring to know that I can trust everyone at Union Lake with Sadie’s health and safety.
