Everything was seamless. We were brought in quickly and saw the Dr. within minutes. She spent a lot of time with us, and now we are recommending the practice and Dr. Liba to all of our friends.

I called at noon on a Saturday with an emergency, instead of sending me to ER you let me come in, where I know my pets are in the best possible care, with people I trust as much as family. They calmed me down talked me though everything and treated us like he was the most important dog there. Can not thank you enough!

I like the place and all three of my dogs will be seen there! Great place!

Not much time spent examining dog. Quick to diagnose ear issue despite no infection found. Prescribed $42 ear cleaner which I told her I already had. Too expensive - in the end the dog had hives over much of his body under his fur. Luckily they seem to be going away- nothing to do with $42 ear cleaner. Expensive

this was the first time since the Covid started that I was asked if I wanted to come with Ben into the room. I was so happy. I had things I wanted to discuss and do it in person was absolutely great-I felt connected again to Dr Reynolds and staff. It was a very good appointment.

After my visit (Thursday) the technician emailed me the estimate of procedure. I called back that same day and was put on hold for over 20 minutes to then letting me know that the technician left for the day and was going to call me back. I was irritated that I was on hold for that long. I never got a call back the next day. On Saturday I called and scheduled the appointment. The technician was very helpful. Just letting you know.

I lived everything about the practice. Wouldn’t change a thing!

I can’t imagine taking a pet to any place other than ULVH. Everyone is so friendly and caring towards Bailey. We are so lucky to have found you so many years ago. We’ll miss Dr. Reynolds soSO much, but were beyond blessed to have her care for Zoomie and Bailey for all these years.

Prices are getting up there. $600 for an hour appointment and heartworm medicine.

This was the first time I was able to go inside the clinic with our pup Stella. I can see why she loves it there! The vet techs were super loving to her, and she really loved Dr. Plein. He spent so much time with us, answering all of our questions, and making Stella feel loved! Thank you!

Bring back the multiple pet discount. It is costing me a lot of money each time I bring my 2 little ones in. And as I get closer to retirement, I have to watch my money. I may have to look for another veterinarian practice.
