Too many mistakes when checking out, paying. Happened a few times.

The staff at all levels are amazing and provide excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, great communication... But they always seem very busy. Perhaps a few more people might help? But ONLY if they have the same passion, values, knowledge, and skill as the current team!

The set up you have for dogs with behavior issues is absolutely wonderful. It alleviates stress for both the owner and dog. Dr. Hawker and her technician have always been understanding and so knowledgeable.

Why aren’t you making DrReynolds an offer she can’t refuse to stay ?

Due to confusion at the front desk, we were not checked in and waited 45 minutes in the car. We finally went in and the rest of the appointment went well.

Your prices are incredibly high. I brought my cat in for his 6 month exam and was charged $40 for a blood pressure reading?! The fecal exam was over $50! This was all on top of the $67 charge for the visit. This makes it impossible for the average cat owner to provide regular care at the vet. Our bill was $341.28 and he received no shots. The doctor wanted me to return for another $40 blood pressure reading in 2 weeks. This should be part of the follow up care. I m not sure I can afford to continue our care with you. I like your doctors and staff, but I may not be able to afford to continue with you.

The cost of your services is getting unaffordable. It cost over $500 for a wellness appointment. I realize that the medications for heartworm and flea/tick were part of this, but the lab costs are getting too high. I love your office and the vets, but told my children to find a different vet because your hospital was too expensive.

Dr. Reynolds was fantastic. I am saddened to learn she will be leaving..I would like to thank Charlotte for making it such a good experience inspire of our worry for our pet. She showed so much compassion and understanding...she is definitely an asset to the clinic!.. thank you.

We have enjoyed bringing our Mickey to ULVH for the past 11 years; his entire life. We are moving out of state soon, and are hoping that we will be able to locate a similar practice. Thank you for the wonderful care that is given to all of your patients.

I have been coming to Union Lake for many years now because the Vets and staff are excellent; but unfortunately your pricing is getting difficult for me to afford and I may have to look elsewhere.

I called several vets before making our new puppy’s first appointment. I chose Union Lake Vet because of the impression I got from the receptionist who I talked to. She was very friendly and gave me all the info I was looking for. I was happy to find that everyone at our first appointment was just as patient and friendly!

It s upsetting when your pet is not feeling well and you are always unsure what you should do. I felt very comfortable and optimistic that the correct approach for my dog s care was being taken.

Dr. Hawker s simply amazing!! I come from Toledo, OH because of her and the kind super helpful staff!! Can’t say enough how much we love it and will always come back there !

Dr. Hawker and her staff are outstanding. My Gino I is a reactive dog and I don t know any other vet who would go to the lengths that she does to make sure he receives excellent care. I would highly recommend Dr. Hawker and Union Lake!!!

All of the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. This is the third vet I have tried since moving here from New York 2 years ago, and we will definitely be staying with this veterinary practice. They took care to ensure that my 3 dogs were comfortable when examining them - something I really appreciate from veterinary staff.

I DO have an issue with the deposit for a new patient....seeing as i have brought my last 5 dogs to ULV and just put out last pet Tug down there. I get the reason for the deposit but i would think that long time customers would be exempt.

So happy to be able to come in with my dogs again!

We had never been there before but took our dog in as an emergency and we are going to keep going! Dr Stephanie was awesome and we will see her from now on! The girls that helped were great too!
