We were slightly disappointed with the suggestions that were provided in accordance with the price we paid. We do not feel like we were provided with much information we didn t already know or hadn t already tried. We really liked the doctor and experience overall, but came away feeling like we didn t really learn anything new about how to fix our issue. We know that there is nothing wrong physiologically with our pet, both from our own observation as well as her primary care visits. None of this is a knock on the character or quality of the staff and facilities, but rather a disappointment in not coming away with confidence that we know anything new about how to help our pet and address her issues.

It s getting very expensive. $51.10 for a fecal test?!?! Also the fact that the online store items (even if unopened and not expired) cannot be returned to the store is not good. I have 1.5 years worth of Simparica Trio that the store won t take back. And, I had to switch over to a year s worth of Simparica and Interceptor for 2 dogs... made it a very, very expensive visit. I will not be buying anything else from the online store.

I usually see Dr. HERDON,but do to a personal emergency I saw Dr. Plein. He was very caring, friendly, & very helpful.

I came in foe a scheduled appointment and my pet has an additional issue which needed to be addressed. I had to make a second d appt for this additional issue and this appt was billed as urgent care. Seems like this could have been addressed on the first visit and that if another visit was needed that it should not be billed as urgent care especially so he it was scheduled and not a walk in.

I only saw the technician . My appointment with the vet is coming up .

We had a great first visit with Kristin and can t wait for our next visit.

ULVH & ULPS is absolutely the best in helping us take the best care of our dog, Koda. To say we appreciate you would be an understatement, I wouldn t trust Koda to go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do, it really is appreciated.

All of Lexie s appointments go very well. I am usually able to get an appointment when needed,even in an emergency. All of the Veterinarians are very skilled and nice to work with. They treat Lexie like their own pet. The office staff are excellent with booking appointments, handling concerns about my pet when I call, and very friendly when I walk in the door. All of the Veterinarian Techs are caring, when they are treating Lexie. I am grateful to have been a client at ULVH for 24 years.

Dr Haley was very professional yet explained everything to me so I could understand. She made sure all my questions were answered. She took her time and didn’t rush through the appointment. I really liked the quality of care. She also personally called me the next day with my baby’s blood work results and we talked about our next course of action. She really shows the love and compassion for my little one and gives the best care. This was our first visit at ULVH. We will definitely continue Lulu’s care here with Dr. Haley.

Great place to take your Animal

A bit of wait time between tech, then get, then tech to come back with shots which was stressful For the cats. The tech was supposed to bring ointment for Ace’s nose and never did.

Remember to ask for your rxs when you leave! And the prices are fairly high but ultimately worth it for how amazing the staff are??

Dr. Hawker and Kristen were great with Torvald, also with us.

I do not know if I filled out the questionnaire properly, but it was meant to read 5 stars on all. I had to euthanize Abbie a few months ago. I called and was hysterical. A wonderful+++++ phone receptionist helped me through my hysteria and got me an appointment with Dr. Reynolds. That recepyion is TAMMIE Tank you.
