Prices are very high. I was charged $19 for a nail trim. That took all of 10 seconds. I would recommend your place to a friend but I will forewarn them thay your prices are extremely high !

When I arrived, both receptionists were on the phone. My expectation would be for a glance up and holding a finger up meaning One Moment Please. But neither one did. When I cleared my throat as if to say I m Here, one looked at me with an annoyed look. Not the way anyone wants to be greeted.

I unexpectedly had to bring my son to the appt, it was a bit hectic but the staff was VERY helpful. I’m so appreciative!

Overall I think this is a great place for my fur baby. The doctor was very thorough and everyone who worked with Zeus was nice. However when I first walked in no one greeted me for at least five minutes. The staff were talking amongst themselves.

Because your services continue to increase in price, I think it would be helpful for you to have educational resources for pet insurance you work with easily available in office.

We appreciated the information the vet provided for our dog. She was straight forward about it and it will help us to become better at caring for our dog that we love so much. It was not easy to hear but needed to be said by a professional.

Your prices are on the high side. For people like me that are on a fixed income, it is hard to pay.

We love Dr. Liba! She goes above and beyond to answer all questions and address concerns. We drive over an hour and a half just to see you guys. We love ULVH!
