I really appreciated the setup of the facility and especially the evaluation room. Barley was very happy and stress free. He was very comfortable even in my SUV after the meeting. Dr.Hawker is very good at her job. Most appointments or advice I have received thus far as been objective and a one size fits all approach. Felicia had very good suggestions and ideas I had not considered. She understands Barley s difficulties and my own. I have a soft spot for those who show empathy and compassion for my dogs. Felicia is charming professional and very knowledgeable in the field. They make a great team. I look forward to our next appointment!

I love how the vet handled my kitty. And loved how clean and open the facility is.

We really enjoyed our visit with Dr. Simpson. She was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The only inconvenience was the wait time- we were waiting for about 35 minutes and my dog was getting nervous

We always have a wonderful experience here. Dr. Liba is the best rabbit and dog vet we ve been to, and we ve been to a lot. She is incredibly knowledgable in a lot of different disciplines, and she really listens to her clients. Working with her is wonderful!

We really appreciate Dr Anchill exploring options for our dog who was not feeling so good. We know he is in good hands.

As always, our experience at the vet was fabulous. This was Corabell’s first time and Dr. Hawker made it fun for her and not scary. We absolutely love Union Lake Vet

I really do appreciate that you were able to fit my dog in the next day as an emergency. I know the problem is not limited to your practice but having such a hard time getting our furbabies in to the vet is very disheartening.

Keep up the focus on making medical care accessible for high anxiety dogs I’ve learned a lot over the years and being able to avoid lobby makes it less negative for my dog … he gets anxious but settles quickly once in the room .. I have referred people to you . Kate Reynold was awesome learning new staff … we are good

Jessie and Dr. Simpson were great with Dexter’s dental cleaning and fractured tooth. Will return for future dental work for sure!!!

Fantastic staff

All the Union Lake staff is absolutely wonderful. They are always so accommodating and friendly. They love my babies as much as I do.

I literally drive 40 minutes, completely out of my way to only ever come here. 11/10 really.

I think the staff is great here and they are very accommodating. I have a dog that is old and doesn t really like people. They do such a good job treating her and understanding her.

I want to be clear that my pet has always been well taken care of at Union Lake Hospital and boarding. I would ask that your veterinarians become more acquainted with individual owners preferences regarding treatment and long term care when difficult issues arise. A ONE SIZE FITS ALL APPROACH does not work. Thank you.

The staff was (and always is) great with Zoey who is reactive. That direct access room is a great option for those that prefer not to be around others. Thanks for everything.
