I appreciate the staff put us in a room even though we arrived super early for our appt (by accident). Potato gets a little anxious and it helped him calm down :)

Staff is kind and patient

I got some very bad news during this appointment, but Dr. Morgan and the entire staff were very kind and understanding, and spoke with me at length to help me understand what was happening and to help me make my pet comfortable. I couldn t recommend your hospital enough. My only complaint is that it is difficult to actually get an appointment as we were booked 2 weeks out, but there isn t much you can do about that without bringing on more staff or expanding the hospital even more as it seems everybody is working at 100% capacity.

The doctor and all employees were helpful.

Been coming here for years because the docotor s work around my dog s special needs and take the time to discuss concerns. I pay a little more than my old vet s office, but the quaility of care, consideration, and kindness is worth the extra cost.

My lab Lily has a history of being very nervous when going to the vet. I feel like she is labeled now even though she is getting better as she gets older. I brought her in because we thought she swallowed a piece of toy and she wasn t eating well. The vet was very nice and examined her and said she looked OK but if she got worse we should take her to Oakland emergency. Any vet I ve ever had in the past with my animals has always called to check on them. You guys did not. She is doing better but not perfect.

Love the entire staff! Dr Hawker is absolutely my favorite vet. She is caring and friendly, never seems rushed and always asks the right questions.

The compassion that every staff member has is beautiful. I thoroughly appreciate all of you!!

Iam finding fees prohibitive

My veterinarian was amazing and so was the technician. Just was not seen until about 20-30 mins due to an emergency.

We really loved Megan. Most people are scared of our German shepherd because he gets nervous and barks a lot. Megan made us feel very comfortable because we could tell she was treating him with kindness. I thanked her during the appointment but I also wanted you to know that she is doing a wonderful job.

I have 2 cats and one dog. Your practice has been a life savor for my dog who is fearful around new people, my cat who HATES the vet, and my other cat who loves it. Dr. Herdon has been great with all of my animals and I greatly appreciate her kindness, gentleness, insight, and patience.

Been taking our dogs to Union lake vet for 20 years. Love dr Herdon and entire staff. I’d give 10 stars if allowed ????

To avoid dogs barking and lunging at each other in the waiting area it would be nice to be put in a room right away. We had a dog bark and lunge at myself and my daughter and our dog while waiting.

Dr. Liba was excellent with Bailey. She was very thorough, explained everything to me, and offered various treatment options. Loved that she loved meeting Bailey!

My dog hates going to the vet! ULVH makes it very easy on her doing everything they need to calm her and get her through the appointment :) and I appreciate that SO MUCH!

Dr Hawker is wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable and informative.

I understand costs have gone up but your loyal patients are what helps keep this practice going. My chart is on the #Z. That’s loyalty so can’t you give a better discount to your most loyal patients? Also, Dr Plein is the greatest so keep him around, eh? He doesn’t need to retire ;)
