Dr. Simpson was amazing with our dog!! Dr. Simpson was so good with our dog - keeping her happy and engaged to make the exam go smoothly. I also appreciate the time Dr. Simpson spent to do a thorough exam and walk us through options. Kudos to you, Dr. Simpson! P. S. The vet tech was great too. Friendly and gave us feedback on how our dog did in the back.

Make it easier when getting a prescription diet dog filled by a vendor other than your pharmacy. It s very difficult to do so right now.

I undestand that your practice is very busy, however it s very difficult to get an appointment and even into the ER.One of our dogs was attacked in June. We were told not to go to ER when we called because it would be at least an 8 hour wait and it would be at least 2 weeks for an appointment. An attack and injuries can t be put on hold like that and not be looked at.(This has nothing to do with our recent appointment.That was great!)

We recently moved to MI and I would highly recommend Union Lake Veterinary Hospital. The staff are amazing they are very professional & kind. I am looking forward to taking Riley to the daycare, boarding facility and groomer.

Everything was quick and prompt until the doctor told me someone would be in to give me a quote for the visit and it took a half hour. I will come back because the everything else from the visit was great, but having to wait 30 minutes for a quote was frustrating.

Everyone here is so great and they take wonderful care of my senior dog. They go above and beyond for her. She is usually very spicy and does not enjoy the vet, but they are so patient with her. My dog has trouble being touched, especially around the face and her feet. This creates difficulty clipping her nails and cleaning her eyes/nose. While she was having tests done, they cleaned her face and clipped her nails. It was so nice because these were concerns of mine and I didn t have the appropriate tools or extra hands to accomplish this by myself. It s usually very easy to get an appointment and I appreciate that they have extended and weekend hours. Every doctor I ve had an appointment with has been great. I m so glad I found this vet hospital.
