I am very happy with Dr. Morgan and her staff - the nurse who handled Lil jack was absolutely wonderful and very understanding of Jack s needs as he has major anxiety issues with vet visits. Dr. Morgan is very kind and is thorough when delivering options for Jack s care.

Dr. Marti is absolutely fantastic. I asked for some guidance on how best to clean my dogs ears and the entire support staff was so open and helpful with allowing me to view their process and provide step by step guidance. My dogs love going to the vet!

Dr. Simpson touched my heart with the extra care she gave my girl. She knew I was upset and spent extra time with us. Greatly appreciated her!

I have been a client for many years. The only frustration I have experienced is the lack of appointment availability, especially when one of my pets is sick. I have had to take my pets to the emergency vet multiple times due to lack of sick appointments.

I always appreciate althe flexibilty and efficiency of the staff. At this appiintment of 9-22, I arrived 30 minutes late because I had loaded the incorrect time on my calendar. I would have had no problem waiting a longer time to be seen or be rescheduled. Somehow it worked out with minimal time waiting and Houdini was examined by Dr. Zeppa. It’s also a nice touch that Dr. Zeppa called me to let me know that Houdini’s bloodwork came back clear with no problems.

The staff were very sweet and gentle with our pet. He seems unbothered by the shots and did very well. Definitely our permanent vet office from now on!

Dr Plein is the best I truly believe he saved my dogs life 12.5 years old and acts like a puppy with the meds to control his heart issues.

Blonde receptionist is so unfriendly and rude. Dr was nice, assistant was and always great! Exam seems a bit overpriced.

Previously, it had been impossible to get a blood sample from our little Smudge. The staff member and doctor this time did such a fantastic job by using an “unconventional” method of just holding her in the doctor’s arms, giving her cheese, and letting her leg drop over her side for the blood test. Kudos to them!!

Zoey and our past boxer dogs were always cared for made to feel welcomed with excitement and great care. Appreciate being part of the Union Lake Vet familt
