I really appreciated the staff being so friendly, helpful and courteous to my Shadow. She is a senior dog , doesn’t see the greatest at times and doesn’t always trust vets and support staff so based on her visit we will return

I love Union Lake Vet and Pet Rehab. In this particular case, my dog developed an ear issue. I called at 4:45p Thursday, and they got him in for a 9:40 urgent care appt the very next morning. He had a raging ear infection, and thankfully I didn’t have to wait to start treating it. You are the best!!

The employee who answered my urgent call for an appt on Friday evening was not able to give me one that night but talked to me about my problem with my cat , gave advice and told me how to get an appt the next day. Wry helpful and kind. This was my second call of this sort to your practice with help offered in this way. Excellent phone service

I am very happy with Dr. Morgan and her staff - the nurse who handled Lil jack was absolutely wonderful and very understanding of Jack s needs as he has major anxiety issues with vet visits. Dr. Morgan is very kind and is thorough when delivering options for Jack s care.

Dr. Marti is absolutely fantastic. I asked for some guidance on how best to clean my dogs ears and the entire support staff was so open and helpful with allowing me to view their process and provide step by step guidance. My dogs love going to the vet!

Dr. Simpson touched my heart with the extra care she gave my girl. She knew I was upset and spent extra time with us. Greatly appreciated her!

I have been a client for many years. The only frustration I have experienced is the lack of appointment availability, especially when one of my pets is sick. I have had to take my pets to the emergency vet multiple times due to lack of sick appointments.

I always appreciate althe flexibilty and efficiency of the staff. At this appiintment of 9-22, I arrived 30 minutes late because I had loaded the incorrect time on my calendar. I would have had no problem waiting a longer time to be seen or be rescheduled. Somehow it worked out with minimal time waiting and Houdini was examined by Dr. Zeppa. It’s also a nice touch that Dr. Zeppa called me to let me know that Houdini’s bloodwork came back clear with no problems.

The staff were very sweet and gentle with our pet. He seems unbothered by the shots and did very well. Definitely our permanent vet office from now on!
