I m newer to this office. I was the first appt at 8am but did not see the vet until 8:16am. She spent the right amount of time with me/my pet (approx 15 mins) but then I waited another 18 minutes to have the tech come in to complete the visit. I understand it s a busy place and that s why I took the first appt. I ll be back but it was just frustrating.

We loved that we had feliway and treats in the room, my cat had some bad experiences on vets recently so he s becoming more afraid for vet visits and this time at the end of the visit he smelled some feliway, eaten some treats and returned home happy. Hope it can helps him to become less stressed for vet visits in the future.

I have a hard time bringing this dog to a vet bc of him being a pit and I know he will get anxious- which can be misinterpreted by his behavior. I appreciated Dr Marty saying that she trusted me with handling Tiger. I would never put someone in harm’s way with him. Although a basket muzzle was used once the tech and assistant came in, I appreciate the manner in which he was handled-with my participation. I understand the need and am happy to make sure all are comfortable. Thank you for trusting me, Dr Marty. That means so much to me. Thank you to the entire staff for being considerate and understanding all breeds. I just referred a friend to your practice, as a matter of fact. Always excellent care for our pooch!

The last visit was meh, Doctor said I should consider castration due to a scrotal infection said to continue antibiotics for the infection. I started to use antifungal shampoo and cream on my own and the infection is clearing. Yes could be the antibiotic but I saw a noticeable improvement when I started the antifungal regimen. My Dachshund had a laminectomy; not sure a fungal infection should have been overlooked.

We love ULVH. This is why we returned with our second dog.

The office is clean and friendly all the time! The staff is friendly not only us a fur parents but also to our little boys Rocky & Rusty!

Very happy I switched from a previous vet to Union Lake Veterinary Hospital! The Dr.’s and staff show they really care about your fur baby! I also feel they have amazing hours which gives me piece of mind should I need them!

This may have been our fault for not calling when we arrived, but having a reactive dog, it was less then ideal coming in the main entrance and getting him all worked up by seeing other dogs and people when in hindsight we could have entered a side door that went direct into his appointment room.

I would love it if pet vaccination records were available on the pet portal to easily share with training or boarding facilities.

My dog s routine care was always delivered in a kind and friendly manner. I especially thank you for taking such good care of him during his battle with cancer. The expedited referral to an oncologist allowed us to tackle the disease quickly, giving him an extra 6 months of quality of life.

I highly recommend ULVH to anyone with a pet. Love this practice!
