The doctor was very thorough and listened to all our concerns. All the vet techs were super nice as well. Will definitely be back.

Everything was quick and prompt until the doctor told me someone would be in to give me a quote for the visit and it took a half hour. I will come back because the everything else from the visit was great, but having to wait 30 minutes for a quote was frustrating.

Everyone here is so great and they take wonderful care of my senior dog. They go above and beyond for her. She is usually very spicy and does not enjoy the vet, but they are so patient with her. My dog has trouble being touched, especially around the face and her feet. This creates difficulty clipping her nails and cleaning her eyes/nose. While she was having tests done, they cleaned her face and clipped her nails. It was so nice because these were concerns of mine and I didn t have the appropriate tools or extra hands to accomplish this by myself. It s usually very easy to get an appointment and I appreciate that they have extended and weekend hours. Every doctor I ve had an appointment with has been great. I m so glad I found this vet hospital.

The cost was strikingly high with no discussion of how much tests, shots, or medications were going to cost. Families are on a budget and some warning would be helpful in making decisions for possibly spreading out pet care in a more manageable time line.

Dr. Hawker has always given our dog great care. She has made herself available even when out of the office by answering our emails. We are very pleased with your facility.

The staff so so friendly to Nash - he was scared and hiding under the bench but by the end he was out and happily wagging his tail.

It was a good experience, vet techs just seemed a little rushed, and the original date to get an appointment was pretty far out. I was thankful that the friendly office staff was able to get me in sooner when someone cancelled.

I appreciate that the doctor really seemed to understand and appreciate the specific brand of crazy that a golden retriever brings to the appointment.
