Dr. Hawker and all of the vet techs are amazing. I originally visited ULVH because my previous dog was so reactive and required Dr. Hawker s behavioral expertise. My new puppy loves everyone she meets and could go anywhere for her appointments without issue, but we still make the drive from Dearborn because I want to ensure that my puppy has positive associations at the vet and is treated by a medical team who knows the importance of fear-free visits. Thanks, as always, for your kindness and patience.

It’s fantastic having a separate entrance for the “cray-cray” doggos!! Takes a lot of the anxiety out of the appointment for me.

I will suggest that you give a late client no more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time before you begin the next scheduled appointment. Please don t inconvenience 5 or more patients to accommodate one who does not arrive at or before their designated appointment time. The late patient can be worked in as you catch up for the wait they caused. Or, you can reschedule the late client for another day.

The only issue with appointment scheduling is there is no way to schedule online. For those of us who are not able to make phone calls during working hours, it would be much more convenient to be able to book online.

I live almost an hour away but always bring my pets to you for critical cases. I brought my dog Foo in there on an emergency basis on Monday October 16th. I had to return for three days in a row for an injection of Panoquell. I got a call the following day to confirm my appointment but when I arrived the medication wasn t there. It was a huge inconvenience to drive all the way home with a sick animal and then have to drive all the way back and then home again. I would ve been nice for someone to have confirmed that the Panoquell was there before driving all the way out there. I asked to speak to an office manager but they said nobody was there. Other than that, I recommend you guys to everyone I know and since I do rescue work, I know a lot of animal people. I ve known Dr Cullen for years and I m so grateful our paths crossed and that I found all of the wonderful, professional and caring Drs at Union Lake.
