I understand emergencies come in - and we’re grateful to have a vet that is open 7 days a week. Maybe in the future, if emergencies come in, the vet office can contact those with scheduled appointments and give them a heads up, and ask them to come in a little later or to reschedule the appointment. I was offered the option to reschedule, only after having to wait for an extended period of time. Other than that, your vets and the office staff are phenomenal. We highly recommend you!

We love bringing our dog to Union Lake veterinary clinic because everyone is so caring and always take the time to explain all of the services as well as his care to us. We were linked to Union Lake Vet through All Most Home pet rescue when we adopted our dog, who was heartworm positive at the time. We have chosen to stay with Union Lake because of the care and attention that they give to both our paw-baby and to us.

Dr. Hawker and all of the vet techs are amazing. I originally visited ULVH because my previous dog was so reactive and required Dr. Hawker s behavioral expertise. My new puppy loves everyone she meets and could go anywhere for her appointments without issue, but we still make the drive from Dearborn because I want to ensure that my puppy has positive associations at the vet and is treated by a medical team who knows the importance of fear-free visits. Thanks, as always, for your kindness and patience.

It’s fantastic having a separate entrance for the “cray-cray” doggos!! Takes a lot of the anxiety out of the appointment for me.

I will suggest that you give a late client no more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time before you begin the next scheduled appointment. Please don t inconvenience 5 or more patients to accommodate one who does not arrive at or before their designated appointment time. The late patient can be worked in as you catch up for the wait they caused. Or, you can reschedule the late client for another day.
