Dr. Lauren was great! She s a great addition to your staff! I love that your clinic is only 7 minutes from my home and that I can board my dog where her vet and her records are located. I just wish it wasn t so expensive to come here. It really shouldn t cost $400 to take your dog to the vet for an exam, a fecal and heart worm test, and a Lepto vax. They told me I needed bloodwork done, but not that it would be $101. I am lucky that I can get her medicine and the recommended supplement from Costco and Amazon, because they cost at least 50% less than at your clinic. The convenience of getting them from your office isn t worth double the cost - on top of paying for the visit costs. My neighbors tell me they stopped coming here when you got too expensive and they tell me to go to their vets. I d rather not change at this point - my dog is almost 14. The high pricing seemed to happen after Dr. Plein wasn t as involved. It s too bad. You may want to do some competitive pricing studies so you stay competitive and don t lose customers.

Every appointment goes very well with Lexie. All of her medical issues are addressed. Conversations and input are welcome. Lexie is treated like a treasured dog. She has been kept healthy and happy for almost 13 years. Thanks to the staff. Everyone is friendly. The veterinarians are knowledgeable in all areas and take time to offer suggestions. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the staff. Everyone at the hospital employs best practice. I highly recommend Union Lake Veterinary Hospital. I come a distance to get to the hospital in Waterford. The drive is worth the care, that my dog receives each time.

Dr. Hawker and her staff have always been understanding. Everyone is very caring and fully underatand not only the pets needs but the humans as well. I enjoy the visits and now so does my reactive fearful pup

Dr didn’t come back in after running the cytology test in ear swab . So wasn’t able to ask question about that result . Didn’t realize when she left to do that test it would be last time to ask question . Aide came into to give me result and end appt.
