Everyone is so friendly and caring from the receptionist to the Dr. they truly care about your fur baby. Such a pleasure to have such a caring team.

Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital is a caring, efficient, professional and thoroughly approachable practice dedicated to my pet s need and mine as well! It s clear that each team member understands how upsetting a visit to the vet can be and makes every effort to keep anxiety out of the experience.

I think all the wonderful staff at Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital don t get enough credit for all they do! Yes, when I get my dogs bill when I check out, I say What??? But today as I looked at my bill and thought what if the vet didn t want to work Saturday , what if the techs and other important people said they didn t want to work Saturday??? Who would help my dog? Who would get his meds ready and explain the instructions to me? Who would be so pleasant when customers like me get shocked at the bill because we don t understand what causes the bill to be higher than we thought it to be? So thank you for being there and putting up with us.
