I really appreciated that when a big dog was trying his best to make his way to my shih tzu at the counter (he didn’t seem aggressive, but I scooped her up anyway) that a nurse let them sit in another room and took her bill and card to the counter for her. It was a quick, simple solution that relaxed everyone quickly. Thank you!

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful tech that was so kind and helpful. I was in severe back pain. She took over holding my Lucy and even walked us out to the car to help get Lucy safely in. The special care was greatly appreciated ??
