Loved the fact that my appointment is at 5:00 p.m. and I got in at 5:00 p.m. I waited in the room 2 minutes before the doctor came in. Loved this!! Please continue to book like this even after the pandemic is over.

Never had a dog get their teeth cleaned. Thanks to Jasper s vet. ( Dr.Murnan) I followed her advice and had his teeth cleaned. His breath is GREAT!! No cavities!! Now if only If could stay calm since I can t go into the exam room, it would be really be great. And it wasn t expensive either. I bet we spend much money on junk purchases that we don t need in a year! Great job everyone and thankd

Thanks for the suggestions on Church’s claws. It’s been awhile since I had a cat and things changed (care and product wise) he’s doing fine today but I should have asked how long will he be out of it. Not a happy cat yesterday which I expected but is today again.

I am very satisfied with Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital and all of their staff.I was thankful today as I mistakenly was early and asked if they could take me and they did.My 5 years of treatment of my poodle has been very pleasing and she is enjoying good health due to dr.Murnan and the staff.

Suspecting my 6 yr. old cat had a urinary tract obstruction, I called office, explained he was semi-feral and would need sedation for handling and exam, they squeezed him right in. He received treatment for his obstruction, caught up on vaccines, and I had him home by evening with meds and easy to understand instructions for continued at home care. Can t say enough about his excellent care!

They were absolutely wonderful. It was a very hard visit because I had to put my kitty down and they were very compassionate. Dr Sue is absolutely the best!

I had no appointment and brought my dog in for an emergency that I later found out was a seizure. All the staff was very quick and attentive and immediately took him in. I thank you all for helping my baby! I wouldn’t take my dog any where else! The Doctors there are amazing! Thank you all again

Even thou we couldn t come into the office at this time, but the people who came and got Zeb for his examination and shots and then brought him back out to us were just wonderful (as always) They explain what was done and so forth. Hopefully soon we can also come into the office. But i think he probably behaves better when we are not with him HAHAHA. Thand you for taking care of our boy. Hope to see you all soon.

I have taken all my pets for alot of years to the Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital and my pets received wonderful care. A plus care and service from the entire staff.

This is the most amazing veterinary clinic. Everyone makes you feel as if your pet is the most important! They have done a wonderful job with the challenges of covid.

I absolutely loved the curbside service. First time dog mom, I knew I would have anxiety being in the room with him and that’s not good for him. He was such a good boy it was better to not have me in the room. Once the COVID restrictions ease up I think curbside service should be option, might be better for the animals

Vet and staff are caring and professional in handling my pets issues... great experience!
