Dr. Dircksen was wonderful! He did a great job with Jor and Fenris who both tend to me a bit skittish with men! The tech was right, as she told me he would be good! You always take care and treat us like we are the only ones there!

Great experience - as always! The doctor took her time in the room and listened to my issues with my GSD and offered advice. I never seemed rushed and she actually listened. They also were very loving and sweet to my dog. 10/10

Fast and efficient

Dr Susan is very good in answering questions, is very thorough and we are confident when we leave that our pets were well cared for. Unless we are just seeing a tech for a shot or nail trim, we always want to see her exclusively.

I love Cheektowaga Vet and would not trust anyone else with my beloved pets.. Dr Sue is so wonderful and caring and the Techs and Office Staff go above and beyond to be helpful. I have entrusted Cheektowaga Vet with my loving pets for over 27 years!!
