Took the time to examine my dog throughly and with care when he isn’t feeling well.

Along with my pup this was my first time to the vet as this is my first pet. The staff and physicians were very kind and helpful and took extra time to explain things and answer any question I had which I really appreciated.

I brought my dog, Charlee, for a hot spot on her tail last week. We saw Dr. Dircksen for the first time and I was VERY impressed!! Before he came in the room, he had read up on Charlee and her last vet visits and knew a lot about her. He was super informative, friendly, professional but not overly, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable with the way he was treating Char s infection. I love Dr. Sue and Dr. Murnan but will gladly see Dr. Dircksen again.

Everyone was very efficient with the care of my cat. I’m thankful he was brought in early because I knew he was in distress. After Alex was home and comfortable he was able to eat a good amount of his new food.
