I am very satisfied with Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital. My dog is very important to me and I know they take very good care of her during her visit.

Our recent visit went well. These are strange times we are living in. I think the practice has found a way to make it work and may be able to incorporate some of the changes when we are back to “normal” as it was very efficient.

Chelsey the vet tech was the sweetest! I was so nervous bringing my cat in for her first dental procedure and Chelsey put me at ease and I knew my cat was in great hands!

Everyone that I dealt with were amazing, especially the vet.

It s great to be able to wait in the car for our appointment. My dog is not the greatest with others, and people still try to pet her. The old waiting area, while comfortable- made it hard to keep her apart from others. This is much less stressful for both of us!

Both vet techs sent to pick up large dogs from vehicle/parking spot # easily demonstrated ability to transport pets efficiently with complete control in a caring professional manner.

So happy to have switched to this vet! They were prompt, extremely helpful and patient! I also didn’t feel like I was overcharged for unnecessary add-ons.

I recommend your hospital every time someone on Nextdoor is looking for a provider.

Everyone has been so helpful with all my animals. But specifically they have taken care of my dog, Torah, the best they can! We have found so much help and comfort from Dr. Donovan and the entire staff!

The staff was phenomenal and courteous. The way they are doing the business during COVID with the curbside service was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and professional just as they always have been and I thank them/you for keeping up this fantastic work. I hope they safe and will see them not to soon ????.

Yes, I wasnt sure how it was going to go with the drop off service but I was very pleased.
