The entire staff from receptionist to vet tech to the vet are outstanding. I moved 40 minutes from the office but refuse to switch to a closer vet.

I have been going to The Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital for 36 years and have been nothing but pleased with the service and care we get. They treat my pets like they are their own. I love Dr. Sue and the entire staff, never was I unhappy with them. I recommend them to everyone I know. Love it!!

I brought my dog, Charlee, for a hot spot on her tail last week. We saw Dr. Dircksen for the first time and I was VERY impressed!! Before he came in the room, he had read up on Charlee and her last vet visits and knew a lot about her. He was super informative, friendly, professional but not overly, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable with the way he was treating Char s infection. I love Dr. Sue and Dr. Murnan but will gladly see Dr. Dircksen again.
