We have been going to Cheektowaga Vet for more than 30 years. The doctors take good care of our cats. The staff is always helpful.

My dog, whom I loved very much, recently passed away. This dog was my first dog in life so she was very special to me. Very special. Putting her down was probably one of the hardest hits I’ve taken to date. I can’t thank the Cheektowaga Veterinary Staff enough for making that process just a bit easier for me. They were reassuring, patient, and comforting. Additionally, I needed to get my other dog in for a kennel cough vaccine so that he could board the following week. I needed a very quick turn time from me requesting an appointment to actually visiting the office for the vaccination. I would’ve booked the appointment sooner. However, I was only very recently approved and provided with an appointment for a procedure that I desperately require. To make a long story short I was squeezed in to an appointment so I could successfully get the vaccination to board my dog. I’m appreciative of Dr. Sue and her Team at Cheektowaga Veterinary. Today s visit was very good. The vet took the time to explain what was going on, how to treat my pet, and provided money saving options which I really appreciate. I do have pet insurance but still want to get the best value for my money.

There is no way to improve. I absolutely think the world of you, Dr.Sue and I think your new doctor was wonderful. He was so good with Bella, and listened to everything I had to say and treated her with his best care. He showed me Bella’s ultrasound and explained everything that brought him concern. Although we we were not able to pinpoint what was making her so ill, I was reassured that we were going to treat her symptoms and he was going to stay in contact with me to make sure Bella mended fully. I normally only wish for Dr. Sue to treat my much beloved dogs for she’s the best, but I would definitely see and recommend her new Vet (sorry, I forgot his name) for he is very knowledgeable and has a very nice bedside manner for both pet and owner.
