I answered clean facility with 5 stats because even thought I waited in car in the past everything was clean!!!

My cat gets VERY stressed going into a carrier and going to see the doctor. The staff took all necessary COVID protocols and made sure my kitty was taken care of well. I can’t thank them enough for the care he received.

Could not rate the cleanliness of the office since we did not go in due to the pandemic. All staff were personable professional and explained what was happening as welland open to any questions we may have

Due to Covid had to wait in car. Staff was very nice and dr took tine explain everything that was done.

well managed. We had an urgent care visit at 11am and were on our way home by noon.

I indicated that my dog has a sore on her right front paw, when I spoke to the office assistant, upon arrival. After the appointment was over, I asked the doc about it and he said he was unaware of it. My dog continues to have this issue and I will now have to schedule another appointment. Dr. Polhanky is great. Very knowledgable and takes time to explain things in simple terms. Denise is great as well. Always friendly and efficient and treats the pets with love and care.

Hopefully we will be able to come back into the building soon. It’s hard not being in the exam room and getting a more personalized experience. I do think, however, everyone is doing the best they can under the circumstances.

The care Mac received was exemplary!! The staff is compassionate and truly exhibits their love for animals.

Excellent visit

I should explain some of the lower stars. Normally, I rave about this hospital and my dog s regular vet. Today was just not that day. It could have been I was waiting in my car due to covid in 97 degree weather and I was not phrasing my questions the correct way, or perhaps the vet was having a bad day as well and was a little short that day when I was asking the questions. I guess I ll just chalk it up to a bad day for everyone involved with the knowledge that the next visit will be great like it usually is.

because of Civid19 it’s difficult to give an honest survey! what we experienced from being outside they did their best to communicate with us. I was extremely satisfied with the lengthy conversation I had w/ Dr Polehinke after his exam of our 6 month old Norfolk Terrier. I was also was very pleased that they cared enough to call the next day to check on our Puppy after her Lyme vaccine injection. thank you to the office staff and Denise for doing what I thought was the best they could do under the given situation

Thank you very much for providing the drive-up service. I brought Buddy in to have his nails clipped. So happy that he is a good boy for all of you. The only thing he is not good about is my clipping his nails ... so you ll be seeing us again.

During the COVID problem, they did things safely and they came out to take my dog Lucy. Lucy is a very shy dog and and I wasn’t sure how she would be without me. I should have known, because as soon as Lucy saw Denise, everything was fine. I love this practice and the doctors.

The staff was great with my pups anxiety and gave her peanut butter and all the pets to help her feel safe since I couldn’t go in with her due to the pandemic. Special kudos to our nurse who let Juneau sit on her lap!!
