I was definitely disappointed in this visit. I waited 20 mins for the staff to reach out to me after making my initial call. The vet tech I felt wasn’t helpful and seemed disinterested in being helpful. The whole visit took over an hour and I felt it didn’t seem that busy. I happen to really like Dr Parendo and the office staff is always helpful but was very disappointed in this visit.

I didn t feel that the that that I had was thorough I had to tell him to look for a lump on the dog and the ears were not clean I clean them when I came home probably would not return there it was my first visit the staff was very good the girls were great

Everything was wonderful, especially considering the times. Everyone was friendly and the vet explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand . You are doing a great job.

Suggestion: Nurses should wear gloves and and masks so they’re as safe as passive when transporting animals and crates.

Yesterday was our first appointment and although we didn’t get to meet in person due to COVID-19 precautions, we left feeling 100% comfortable and happy with our visit. Dr. Parendo spent time to answer all of our many questions and we never once felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. And our puppy came in and left so happy, we knew he was well taken care of. Thank you so much for making that a good experience, in a time where there are so many uncertainties. We really appreciate it and look forward to our next appointment when we can hopefully meet in person!

There was a delay being seen but I certainly don’t mind the wait for the quality of care. I know that the doctors and staff are patient and attentive with me and know if there is a delay it’s either due to an emergency or that same care being afforded to someone else.

Very grateful for your help bringing my dog out to the car. It s those little things that make you great!
