Always very helpful, friendly and nice! They made my dog feel comfortable and less anxious about the visit

Given the current COVID concerns it is understandable that the “in person” component of our visit was not the best. We did ask to meet the Dr. and with little issue we were able to meet Dr. R., the explanation of how the visit would go didn’t mention that the Dr. would be available to meet so we were concerned until someone with better ability to communicate straightened out the situation. So, without complaining I would simply recommend that the receptionist or whomever answers the phone undergo a bit of customer service training to better communicate with customers about your visit process.

I’ve been a patient through many pets since 1978. It’s always worth the distance and the care. The staff and Vet Staff is always professional and the beat! Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the staff in general but I have not been satisfied with Allison s customer service. I understand that with Covid things are difficult but I do not appreciate the haphazard answers she has given me and this is not my first experience with her. The first time was she told me she emailed a copy of my bill, to date it has never been received and I have checked my spam folder. This past time I asked if I could be put on a waiting list and told not while another receptionist said it was not a problem and was kind enough to call back and give me an appointment with the Vet I preferred. I explained I was in a difficult situation and did not appreciate being told I was only given the medication for 5 days because I was supposed to make a follow up appointment, I would have made it at the time because it is difficult to get an appointment and when you have a dog with diarrhea you cannot wait 2 or 3 days to get in. As it was this happened the day before my husband had major back surgery and why I brought him in for his check up two weeks prior so I could avoid having to bring him in. When I picked up the medicine I was told that if this did not work I would have to bring the dog in and is exactly what I did when it re occured.

1st visit was excellent. All staff were very helpful.

During these difficult times when we have to send our fur babies in without being with them I am an very comfortable knowing that my pet Jack will be kept calm and comfortable while in the care of Dr Parendo. Thank you Dr. Parendo and staff.

We were not allowed to enter the facility due to precautions for COVID19, but yes in the past the facility was clean.

So upset that we are still not allowed to accompany our pets. My dog is typically nervous at his visits and without me with him, he was so upset and worked up, he was muzzled. I feel this definitely could’ve been avoided. There are many other offices that I know of that are letting 1 person accompany their pet so I don’t understand why your office is still under this restriction.

The last question does not apply as we were not allowed into the office. While I understand the reasoning behind having people stay in the car, I believe it would have been better if one person could accompany their pet and ask questions during the exam.

Sometimes it is a long wait to get an appt. with Dr. Parendo, but I believe that is because he is good at what he does and that he is worth the wait. My dog has long had problems and my other 2 vets, having since retired, were unable to help him. Dr. Parendo has been able to try different methods to try to help him and I m keeping my fingers crossed.

All the staff at St. Francis are phenomenal. They go the extra mile each time I interact with them. Sam is especially caring, helpful and professional with Shea. Always request her to be with him. The administrative staff are smart and helpful. So professional. Yesterday was Sheas first appointment with Dr. Rufralo. She Took the time to explain everything to me and I feel better equipped to handle his minor issue. Dr. Rufralo also called me tonight with results. All good by the way. I love St. Francis Hosputal for Animals!

Doctor and staff were great. Unfortunately I had to make it an urgent visit, paid a higher fee and waited a long time but my pet was cared for well.

Unfortunately I was unable to answer the questions, but I would like to say that all questions 1-6 value were excellent. I would also like to add that I am extremely grateful that I was able to get an appointment thru urgent care. Thank you to very much.

Everything was excellent and I gave you all 5s but I don t know if they showed up. We only trust Dr. Parendo and his staff. We feel that Rosie is completely safe while being cared for at St. Francis Animal Hospital. It was a bit unnerving to not be with her, though I hope the COVID-19 is gone soon so we can be with her on her next visit.
