As always, you ve done your best to provide great service, even during this covid 19 issue. No 5 stars on waiting room since waiting room was in car, per covid protocol. Thanks for making best out of a trying situation.

Always friendly, the staff is polite and the doctor takes the time to explain everything and answer any concerns.

St. Francis Hospital for Animals is amazing! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to make me and my dog feel comfortable. I never have any problems getting an appointment and never have to wait long when I come in. Dr. Parendo is fantastic! He takes the time to speak with you about any concerns you have, explains everything that is going on, and makes sure that all of your questions are addressed before you leave the office. It makes me feel like everyone there truly cares about me and my dog. We absolutely love having you as our vet s office and appreciate all that you do, so thank you!

Dr Parendo and the entire st Francis hospital for animals staff is amazing. Everyone is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They’re genuine concern for their patients and their families is always their priority. I have the utmost faith in their care for my furry friend

Carlton is the BEST! He has been taking care of Lucky White every month for 11 years for his Addison s injections and trimming his nails. I have personally been going to St.Francis since 1990-ish and wouldn t change vets unless I move off LI. Keep up the great service!

They gave immunizations to my dog without my consent. Went for a teeth cleaning consultation but left with a $500+ bill because of unwarranted shots. My dog is extremely allergic to some immunizations so he has been very ill for 2 days since. If I would have known he needed them, I would have scheduled a separate appointment and told them which shots he was allergic to. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve used this vet twice and both times I have had issues with them rushing. I have no plans on returning.

This was our first visit during coved. I was so impressed with the how organized te office was.the staff as always was very professional. Dr Parendo took the time to talk to us via phone and explained what they did for Shea and what we needed to do.i highly recommend this office.
