I loved the remote appointment. I just wish you can see a breakdown before saying yes ie the different blood tests, the heart worm test. Otherwise it was wonderful. I think that rather than a phone call a Google meet would be more effective and personable since you can see the vet and receptionist. Honestly once we come out of COVID it may be a great service to offer both ways. Less cleaning of the waiting room, less contact with other pets if you have a difficult pet.

Most people can t afford thousands and thousands of dollars to save their pets. If vets really cared they would allow payment plans.

It took a while to get an appointment but it is completely understandable since your office had a positive case. It stinks not being able to come in with my dog since he has anxiety but again completely understandable. Dr. Perando was great in communicating with me after my dogs visit.
