I have dealt with the office a few times and have been very pleased with their caring and professionalism..

Dr. Rufrano s professional bedside manner and demeanor towards our pets puts them at ease. She explains in great detail the options and diagnosis and is always attentive to answering any questions.

Dr chasapis and all the staff were absolutely wonderful. I have a medically complex cat and my vet retired I was super nervous to find someone who cared as much as she did. I am very happy and look forward to coming to you guys.

Everyone is so helpful.Such a caring group of people. The Doctor is great!!! I submitted a google review and said St Francis is the best Vet!!!!

Dr P and staff was professional and really care for my bb cat, Dr P took the time to explain to me about my cat condition and the best way to handle it, I felt that my Juice was in expert and well-treated hands.

This was my second visit to the new location and the wait times were unreasonable at both visits. Yesterday I arrived 10 minutes early and waited an additional 30 minutes to be invited in. To add insult to injury, I did not need to see the Doctor which I was told by Katie I did.

Can t thank the girls and Dr enough. Great practice.

We were completely satisfied with the service. I expected nothing less.

Very well run facility and staff is very friendly. Little or no wait time. They treated Penny like it was their dog. If you need a good vet this is the place to go. I even got a follow up call to see how Penny was doing.

We experienced outstanding attention and care from everyone we met or had spoken to including reception, veterinary assistants and especially from Dr Nicole Rufrano who examined our new puppy and was kind, knowledgeable snd informative, She clearly identified and managed his condition and took the time to clearly plan his care going forward. The staff was great and we felt well taken care of. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been if our contact information had been checked because the office had old information and the doctor called the wrong phone number. Also, it would be great if the doctor would try more than one number as our home number would have been correct and also more chance of getting us when we were really worried about the results our cat s bloodtests.
