Everyone was so nice and friendly the whole office looked and smelled clean and the doctor spent lots of time talking to me about Kaapo. You can tell everyone really cared about the care of Kaapo.

The office staff and veterinarian were stellar as always. They show much interest with my pup,Zoey and she just loves everyone there.

This was our first visit to SFHA and we were impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Dr. Chapasis seems to be extremely knowledgeable and a really terrific vet……thorough, caring and very pleasant to deal with. He answered all our questions and he has a very nice way of dealing with us and our cat.

The staff is always super kind and friendly. They make you feel so welcome and take such good care of you!

Dr, Rufrano is exceptional. She is compassionate and caring. She takes the time to go over everything and truly cares about Baby and me. She listens to my concerns and is helping me understand the changes to expect on Baby s palliative care journey. I am so lucky to have such a great vet overseeing Baby s health and wellfair.

Dr. Parendo is the best of the best, so knowledgeable, always great with my pets, and so patient.

I know a lot of people like the feature of waiting and calling from their cars but as an owner of a dog that gets anxious just sitting in the car especially on a hot summer day having to keep the car running with the AC on, I m not a big fan of it. The service and staff however are excellent so I guess if I m the only one that isn t fond of that then I ll have to find ways to calm my dog while sitting in the parking lot.
